Processing Time

Some listings on our website (i.e. stickers and all vinyl-related products) are available on a make to order basis. Therefore, once you have placed your order and we have received confirmation of payment, it could take up to 3-4 business days to fulfil your order.

Please note that once your order has been fulfilled, you can no longer add additional items to your order. If you have not received a fulfilment notification and would like to add more items to an existing order, please feel free to contact us on info@opulentarchives.com.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship, you will be notified via email which will include your shipping tracking details. Please do not expect tracking details upon order placement as these details will only be available once the order has been fulfilled. We make use of The Courier Guy Economy services for Courier deliveries and PUDO for locker to locker. Delivery times are estimated between 3-5 business days.

Our aim is to deliver excellent and fast fulfilment and delivery times. However, given that we use a third-party delivery/courier service, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery times once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery/courier service. However, you will be notified once the parcel has been handed over and you will be able to track your order online once your tracking number has been provided to you.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address, if you have provided the incorrect delivery details. If your parcel is shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if applicable.

The Courier Guy

Delivery time is estimated within 3-5 days. Deliveries to regional centres will take approximately 48 to 96 hours depending on the situation. Track your order: https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track

Orders to Outlying areas and orders that qualify for free shipping, are shipped via The Courier Guy using locker to door services. The parcel will arrive at your doorstep.

The Courier Guy will SMS/email you a pin upon delivery.

Pudo Locker to Locker

You can option to have your parcel delivered via The Courier Guy PUDO locker pick-up option. Please specify your preferred PUDO locker name to your order notes. PUDO locker points available here: https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php . Once your parcel is available for pick-up at your chosen locker point, you’ll receive a Pin for collection.

IMPORTANT INFO: You have to collect your parcel within 24 hours of receiving a notification, otherwise your parcel will be sent back to us. If you miss your pick-up timeline, you’ll be responsible for the second shipment charge. We cannot be held responsible if you had missed the pick-up time-frame.
