Refund policy

Given that these are one of a kind, handmade, occasionally custom-made products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. In that case, please contact us on info@opulentarchives.com within 48 hours of receiving your package so that we can do our best to either handcraft a replacement or issue a refund. We will only issue the replacement or refund if visible proof of extensive damage can be provided. Please note that all journals are handmade and we try our best to craft them in the most premium fashion. However, each journal displays a certain level of character.
